Mark is not only a meticulous, skilled dentist, but also a caring individual – a value that is reflected in the compassion demonstrated by his staff, whether during a complicated procedure, a routine cleaning, or a discussion of insurance. I went to see Dr. Mark Hanselman. He was excellent. He was very nice! I see why people like him. Very gentle too. Didn't hurt at all. I didn't wait even 10 seconds in the waiting room. In fact, I walked in and they said, "We'll take you right now, Pamela." Wow!
Mark is a top notch dentist and person. A friend referred me to Mark when I moved back to Ann Arbor 4 years ago and I couldn't be happier. The staff is super friendly and I love the room that has the huge world map so that I can brush up on my geography during the cleaning.
My whole family sees Dr. Hanselman. My boys tell me their friends say they hate to see the dentist, but they like their dentist. He is funny and he relaxes them so much. And when they're all done, they get a treasure from the treasure box. He's excellent for the parents too... It's nice to have a 'one-stop shopping' experience where everyone in the office knows your whole family. You won't find fountains, relaxation massages or herbal tea here, but you'll find high quality, expert dental care that is personal and caring and that works for me. He's the best dentist in a town full of dentists. I recommend him to all my friends.
